Reserve

Found exactly what you are looking for? Indicate on the Inquiry Form that you are ready to reserve, we will confirm your dates immediately. 



Confirming Your Reservation:

1. Registration Form: Request and complete our booking registration form. Once received, we will generate a contract to be signed by both parties.



2. Deposit: An initial deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your booking. Please note we work on a first come first serve basis and are unable to confirm a booking without a returned signed contract and deposit (payable by wire, check, or bank transfer). Major credit cards are accepted with a small convenience fee. 



3. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival. We will send you a friendly reminder two weeks prior with a current conversion rate if you are paying in a currency different to that on the contract. 



4. Directions and Check-In Information: Once we have received your second payment, we will forward all of the necessary contact information and meeting points for your dedicated concierge who will be escorting you to your home away from home from your arrival point. Unlike other providers who leave you with written directions that can often be confusing in the South of France, we provide personal service for a seamless experience. 



5. Security Deposit: Each Property has its own security deposit policies, however, the approximate range is 20% of the total rental fee which is completely refundable following check-out (assuming no damages are incurred to the residence).
